The reports that are produced are great but there are limitations to the way the graphs are presented and limits the ability to customize the reports.

Great data connections including Google Analytics, Search Centrol, Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin and Youtube, mailchimp and more.. the ability to pull the data and create great looking and useful dashboards and fine reports to gain insights for action, including automating reports and sharing with clients and co-workers... the on going product updates to improve the life of us digital marketers.
What do you dislike?
Like all SAAS platforms their is leaning curve, so maybe the training/learn videos could do with an update... that would help with on-boarding new team members..and outsource people..
